Kallas calls on Rubio not to fall into Russia’s trap

The head of EU diplomacy, Kaja Kallas, called on Secretary of State Marco Rubio not to ‘fall into the traps of the Russian Federation’.

She said this on the social network X, Censor.NET reports.

"Together with European Foreign Ministers, I spoke to Secretary Rubio after his talks in Riyadh. Russia will try to divide us. Let’s not walk into their traps." she stressed.

"By working together with the US, we can achieve a just and lasting peace – on Ukraine’s terms," Kallas added.

As a reminder, after the talks between Russia and the US in Saudi Arabia, Fox News reported that Russia and the US are proposing a three-stage peace plan, including a ceasefire, elections in Ukraine, and then the signing of a final agreement.
