Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau supported Zelenskyy and Ukraine

Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has expressed support for Ukraine after a meeting between US President Donald Trump and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy escalated into a quarrel at the White House.

According to Censor.NET, Trudeau wrote about this on the social network X (Twitter), according to Yevropeiska Pravda.

The head of the Canadian government noted that Russia illegally and unjustifiably invaded Ukraine, and for three years now, Ukrainians have been fighting with courage and resilience.

"Their fight for democracy, freedom, and sovereignty is a fight that matters to all of us. Canada will continue to support Ukraine and Ukrainians in achieving a just and lasting peace," Trudeau wrote.

As a reminder, British Prime Minister Keir Starmer spoke with Trump and Zelensky after their dispute. Starmer maintains his unwavering support for Ukraine and is doing everything he can to find a way to a lasting peace based on Ukraine's sovereignty and security.

After meeting with Trump, Zelenskyy spoke with French President Emmanuel Macron and NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte.

The president of the European Council, Antonio Costa, and the President of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen assured of their support for Ukraine and President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez also supported Zelenskyy after a dispute with Donald Trump.

The dispute between Trump and Zelenskyy
