US President Donald Trump has received an "important letter" from Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, in which he assures him that Ukraine is ready to sit down at the negotiating table.
According to Censor.NET, Trump said this during his speech in the US Congress.
"Ukraine is ready to come to the negotiating table as soon as possible to bring a lasting peace," Trump said, adding that Ukraine is also ready to sign a minerals agreement.
"I appreciate that he sent this letter," the US leader said.
Earlier, Zelenskyy said that we were ready to work under the strong leadership of President Trump to achieve a lasting peace.
The dispute between Trump and Zelenskyy
