Erdogan: EU should include Turkey in Ukraine’s recovery programs
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan believes that Turkey should be included in the EU programs for the purchase of defense products and the reconstruction of Ukraine.

The Turkish leader emphasized that he sees no reason to exclude the country's participation in EU programs for the purchase of defense products and the reconstruction of Ukraine.
"It is important for Turkey to participate in mechanisms such as the European Peace Fund, which is aimed at restoring and reviving Ukraine," Erdogan said.
He also noted that in order to achieve a just and sustainable peace between Russia and Ukraine, it is necessary to create a "solid diplomatic foundation" on which both sides can sit down at the negotiating table.
Earlier, Erdogan stated that a solution to end Russia's war against Ukraine cannot be found without Russia or without Ukraine.
