We will have face-to-face meeting with Trump when time is right - von der Leyen

President of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen will meet with White House President Donald Trump when the time comes.
The head of the European Commission said this at a press conference in Brussels on March 9, dedicated to the first 100 days of her work, Censor.NET reports citing Yevropeiska Pravda.
Von der Leyen believes that she maintains a sufficient level of contacts with the United States, and the time has not yet come for a personal meeting with Trump.
"I think we will have a personal meeting when the time comes. This is the state of affairs at the moment," the European Commission President said, answering journalists' questions about whether she plans to meet with the US President.
She also recalled that "I met President Trump for the first time when he was in the last year of his first mandate, and it was the first year of my first mandate.
So, we had already met. We had a telephone conversation. We also spoke together with other members of the G7 via video link. So there are contacts," said Ursula von der Leyen.
