If we can’t get Russia to cease fire, we just keep going on – Trump

US President Donald Trump has expressed hope that a ceasefire between Ukraine and Russia will be reached "in the coming days."
He said this during his press conference, Censor.NET reports.
"This is very important, and I have already mentioned it - a ceasefire in Ukraine. The agreement was reached recently. I hope for a complete ceasefire in the coming days," Trump said.
According to him, the goal is to put an end to a "terrible war" in which thousands of soldiers are killed every week.
"Two, three, sometimes four thousand. I get reports. And these are not American soldiers, these are Ukrainians and Russians. But people are dying not only at the front. People are dying in cities where explosions destroy buildings," he said.
Trump reiterated that he wants to end the war as soon as possible. He also commented on the meeting of the delegations of Ukraine and the United States in Saudi Arabia
"I think it’s a big difference between the last visit you saw at the Oval Оffice. That’s a total ceasefire. Ukraine has agreed.... But I think the ceasefire is very important. If we can’t get Russia to cease fire, we just keep going on," he summarized.
