Ukraine may have withdrawn part of its forces and most capable brigades from Kursk region - Forbes

It is likely that the bulk of Ukrainian forces, including some of the most capable brigades of the Ukrainian army, have left Kursk region for the Ukrainian side of the border.
According to Censor.NET, Forbes reports this with reference to its own sources.
"My friends managed to leave Kursk (the Kursk region - Ed.), avoiding encirclement," one Ukrainian source claimed Monday.
"It’s sad that it came to this. But it is what it is," the publication quotes him as saying.
There is currently no official confirmation of this information.
Censor.NET reported that the enemy had advanced in Stara Sorochyna and Nova Sorochyna in the Kursk region. Also, Censor.NET editor-in-chief Yurii Butusov informed that Russian stormtroopers had infiltrated Sudzha through a gas pipeline. The area of their concentration has been identified, and they are being eliminated.
Situation in the Kursk region
Earlier, the CCD said that heavy fighting was ongoing in the border area of Sumy region, with Russian assault groups trying to break through and move towards the road from Yunakivka to Sudzha in Kursk region.
