Putin doesn’t want to take over all of Europe - Witkoff
US Presidential Special Representative for the Middle East Steve Witkoff believes that Russian dictator Vladimir Putin does not intend to take over the whole of Europe.
He said this to Fox News, Reuters reports, Censor.NET informs.
According to Witkoff, Kremlin head Putin allegedly "wants peace."
He also responded to the concerns of U.S. NATO allies that Russia, having obtained a favorable deal for itself, could attack its other neighbors.
"I just don't see that he wants to conquer the whole of Europe. This is a completely different situation than during World War II, there was no NATO in World War II," Trump's special representative said.
Earlier it was reported that the special representative of the US President Steve Witkoff said that during the talks in Saudi Arabia there would be "real progress", in particular on the ceasefire between Ukraine and Russia in the Black Sea.
