The spokesman for the Russian dictator Dmitry Peskov said that Russia and the United States did not sign documents on joint projects on rare earth metals.

According to Censor.NET, he was quoted by Russian propaganda media.

At the same time, he emphasized that some American companies are allegedly interested in relevant projects in Russia.

Earlier, Putin's envoy for international cooperation, Kirill Dmitriev, announced the start of negotiations between Russia and the United States on joint projects for the extraction of rare earth metals.
