The first stage of the reform of military medical commissions is coming to an end. Starting from 1 April, all MMCs will have to issue their conclusions in electronic form.

This was announced by the Minister of Defence Rustem Umerov, Censor.NET reports.

What is changing for those liable for military service:

  •  conclusions of the MMC are created online - quickly, transparently, without bureaucracy and corruption risks
  • information is automatically entered into the "Oberig" register
  • data on fitness or unfitness and the date of passage of the MMC are displayed faster in the Reserve+ app
  • you no longer need to personally bring documents to the TCR

Umerov noted that since 1 March, the system had been prepared for launch: the staff of the MMCs had been trained and registered in the electronic cabinet. The teams from Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkiv, Vinnytsia, Lviv and Khmelnytskyi regions were the most active in the transition.

"The MMC reform is part of a large transformation that we are implementing together with the Ministry of Health, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and international partners - with the support of the governments of the United Kingdom and Germany, the Office of Effective Regulation BRDO and the Special Defence Advisor Programme," the Minister said.

"In January, we launched electronic referrals for MMC in the Reserve+ app, and it's already working. And now we have taken the next important step," Umerov added.
