More F-16s being readied for deployment to Ukraine — NATO’s European Commander Cavoli

Ukraine will receive additional F-16 fighters from its partners. The aircraft are already being prepared for transfer.
This was stated by the commander of NATO's Allied Forces Europe, General Christopher Cavoli, during a hearing at the US Senate Armed Services Committee, Censor.NET reports citing RBC-Ukraine.
Cavoli reminded that Ukraine already has a certain number of F-16s that were donated by partners. Ukrainian pilots have also been trained to operate these fighters.
"There are more F-16s being prepared for deployment. There are even more pilots undergoing training," the general added.
He emphasized that Ukraine is actively using F-16s, flying them "every day". The aircraft helped repel a large number of Russian missile attacks. The fighter jets have also carried out many offensive attacks, including bombings in the east.
"None of the F-16s were from the United States. Most of them were from Northern European countries - the Netherlands, Denmark," Cavoli said.
