70% of TCR employees have gone to front since autumn 2024, - Land Forces

Since autumn 2024, the composition of territorial recruitment and social support centres across the country has changed.
According to Censor.NET, citing Glavkom, this was reported by the head of the personnel department of the headquarters of the Land Forces Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Colonel Vitalii Tkachenko.
Thus, almost 70 per cent of servicemen who do not have health restrictions were transferred to combat units in 2024-2025.
The Land Forces noted that since the specific number of servicemen serving in the TCRs is not subject to disclosure, the answer was given as a percentage of the absolute number.
"Almost everyone from the TCR who is fit has been sent to the front line," the Land Forces headquarters said.
A new wave of soldiers - those who took part in hostilities and were wounded and contused - joined the TCRs. The average number of such people in the staff of the centres responsible for mobilisation in the country is 50%, they added.
"In addition, on average, about 20% of the total staff of the TCRs are civilian employees who are not liable for military service. They work in the life support services of the centres (cooks, accountants, lawyers, etc.).
As for the heads of the TCR and SS, all of them have been replaced without exception since the beginning of the great war. According to the Land Forces Command, 85% of all newly appointed leaders served in combat military units and have combat experience," the newspaper writes.
