Over third of combat actions took place in the Pokrovsk sector yesterday, - General Staff. MAP
On 10 April 2025, the Defence Forces fought 148 combat clashes with the Russian occupiers.
This is stated in the report of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Censor.NET informs.
Russian strikes on Ukraine
The enemy launched two missile and 106 air strikes against Ukrainian positions and settlements, used three missiles and dropped 165 guided bombs. In addition, it carried out about six thousand shellings, including 96 from multiple launch rocket systems, and used 2,388 kamikaze drones.
The aggressor carried out air strikes, in particular in the areas of Udy and Kozacha Lopan in Kharkiv region; Petrushivka, Osoivka, Uhroidy, Mala Rybytsia, Prokhody and Velykyi Prykil in Sumy region; Hrodivka, Sukha Balka, Oleksandro-Kalynove, Zoria, Stara Mykolaivka, Pokrovsk in Donetsk region; Novodarivka, Huliaipole, Pavlivka, Shcherbaky, Zaliznychne in Zaporizhzhia region.
Defeat of the enemy
Over the past day, the aviation, missile forces and artillery of the Defence Forces hit 13 areas of concentration of personnel and equipment, two artillery units and an air defence facility of the Russian invaders.
The situation in the Kharkiv region
In the Kharkiv sector, our troops repelled four enemy attacks in the vicinity of Vovchansk.
Five occupiers' attacks took place in the Kupyansk sector yesterday. Defence forces repelled enemy assaults in the direction of Nova Kruhliakivka, Pishchane and in the vicinity of Zahryzove.
Hostilities in the east
The enemy attacked in the Lyman sector 13 times. They tried to advance near Nadiia, Nove, Yampolivka and in the directions of Torske, Dronivka, Hrekivka, Olhivka, Katerynivka and Novomykhailivka.
In the Siverskyi sector, Ukrainian troops repelled eight enemy attacks yesterday. Occupiers' units tried to advance towards Hryhorivka and in the areas of Bilohorivka and Verkhniokamianske.
In the Kramatorsk sector, three firefights were registered in the areas of Bila Hora and Kurdiumivka.
In the Toretsk sector, the enemy carried out 22 attacks in the direction of Dyliivka and in the vicinity of Druzhba and Toretsk.
In the Pokrovsk sector, our defenders stopped 53 assault and offensive actions of the aggressor in the directions of Romanivka, Oleksandropil, Serhiivka, Kotliarivka and near Kalynove, Sribne, Tarasivka, Sukha Balka, Valentynivka, Yelyzavetivka, Lysivka, Zvirove, Udachne, Preobrazhenka, Andriivka and Bohdanivka.
In the Novopavlivka sector, Ukrainian Armed Forces repelled three enemy attacks near Kostiantynopil and Bahatyr.
South
In the Huliaipillia sector, the invaders made three attacks in the vicinity of Pryvilne.
No combat engagements took place in the Orikhivskyi sector yesterday.
In the Prydniprovskyi sector, the enemy made two futile attempts to advance towards the positions of our defenders.
Kursk region
In the operational zone in Kursk region, 24 combat engagements of varying intensity took place yesterday. In addition, the enemy carried out 45 air strikes using 62 guided aerial bombs, and fired 372 artillery shells at the positions of our troops and localities, including 12 from multiple launch rocket systems.
North
No signs of enemy offensive groups forming in the Volyn and Polissia sectors were observed.
