US President Donald Trump says Russia must start moving to end its "senseless war" against Ukraine.
He wrote about this on his social network Truth Social, Censor.NET reports.
"Russia has to get moving. Too many people are dying, thousands every week, in a terrible and senseless war - a war that should not have happened, and would not have happened if I were president!" - the American president emphasized.
At the same time, Trump did not specify what actions he expects Russia to take.
Earlier, it was reported that Donald Trump’s special representative for the Middle East, Steve Witkoff, had traveled to Russia, where he is scheduled to meet with Russian dictator Vladimir Putin.
Witkoff held a meeting with Putin’s special envoy, Kirill Dmitriev, in St. Petersburg.
