Europe considers that US has no clear plan to end war in Ukraine - Reuters

European officials who have been in contact with the Donald Trump administration believe that the United States does not have a clear plan to end the war in Ukraine.
This is reported by Reuters, Censor.NET informs with reference to European Pravda.
Two European officials who recently spoke with the Trump administration said on condition of anonymity that the Ukraine negotiating team was under pressure to achieve results quickly. This has raised fears that the US could take steps that could undermine not only Ukraine but also the European security architecture, the sources told Reuters.
The sources also said they were not reassured by discussions with the White House and did not get the impression that the US had clear end goals. Two senior Western diplomats in contact with the Trump administration told Reuters that they believe Washington lacks a "clear plan" on how to proceed and what to do if Russia continues to delay.
"We sometimes hear contradictory things from different parts of the administration. This also adds to the sense that there is no real plan," one diplomat told Reuters.
The agency also learned that the White House has not yet established a coordinated policy-making process for Ukraine.
"Contrary to standard practice, the National Security Council has held only one principals' meeting - a meeting involving all or most of the president's top national security advisers - on this issue," the article says.
