Witkoff and Putin conclude meeting in St. Petersburg on April 11

Negotiations between dictator Vladimir Putin and U.S. Special Representative Steve Witkoff have ended in St. Petersburg, Russia.

This is reported by the Russian media, Censor.NET reports.

It is noted that the meeting lasted more than four and a half hours.

"The topic of the meeting between Putin and Witkoff was aspects of the Ukrainian settlement," the media quoted the Kremlin as saying.

It is known that the meeting was attended by Putin's aide Yuri Ushakov and Russia's special representative for economic relations Kirill Dmitriev.

As a reminder, the White House considers the meeting between Special Representative for Middle East Affairs Steve Witkoff and Russian President Vladimir Putin a step toward a ceasefire in Russia's war against Ukraine.
