Russia's Permanent Representative to the UN Vasily Nebenzya said that at this stage it is "unrealistic" to talk about a ceasefire in Ukraine.

"Under these circumstances, it is simply unrealistic to talk about a ceasefire at this stage," he said.
He also claims that Ukraine allegedly did not agree to stop strikes on energy infrastructure.
Earlier, US President Donald Trump said that he expected a response from Russia regarding the ceasefire in Ukraine this week.
