Enemy tried to break through defense of Armed Forces of Ukraine on motorcycles in Novopavlivka direction - OSGT "Khortytsia"
Yesterday, on April 17, Russian invaders attacked the positions of the Defense Forces at the Kupyansk, Lyman, Kramatorsk, Toretsk, Pokrovsk, and Novopavlivka directions.
According to Censor.NET, this was reported by the Khortytsia military unit.
Over the past day, there were no firefights in the Kharkiv sector.
In the Kupyansk sector, our defenders successfully repelled enemy assaults near Petropavlivka and Zahryzove. Our positions were not lost.
In the Liman sector, the occupation army attacked Ukrainian defensive fortifications near the settlements of Novoserhiivka, Ridkodub, Novomykhailivka, Yampolivka and Nove. The enemy's assault was repelled. The enemy's attempts to improve the tactical situation in the Serebryanske forestry proved to be in vain.
The enemy did not conduct offensive actions in the Siversk sector.
In the Kramatorsk and Toretsk sectors, assault actions of varying intensity took place in the areas of Stupochky, Bila Hora, Chasiv Yar, Diliyivka, and Toretsk. No positions were lost.
The aggressor army continues to attack our defensive fortifications in the Pokrovsk sector in the areas of Malynivka, Yelizavetivka, Kotliarivka, Udachne, Novoserhiivka, Lysivka, Kotlyne, Novotoretske, Oleksiivka, Promen, and Andriivka. The enemy used 21 armored vehicles and 96 units of motorized vehicles to conduct assault operations in the area. As a result of our firepower, the attack was repelled, and the equipment involved was destroyed. No positions were lost.
In the Novopavlivka sector, the enemy tried to break through the defenses of our troops near Kostiantynopil on four motorcycles. Three motorcycles were destroyed along with their crews, and one was damaged. The defenders continue to hold back the onslaught, destroying the enemy's superior forces.
