Lithuania to produce long-range drones together with Ukraine

Ukraine and Lithuania have signed a Letter of Intent on joint production of defense products, including long-range UAVs.

Defense Minister Denys Shmyhal announced this, Censor.NET reports.

Thus, Ukrainian Defense Minister Smyhal and Lithuanian Defense Minister Šakalienė discussed concrete prospects for industrial cooperation enabled by the Letter of Intent.

"The document creates new opportunities to launch joint ventures, expand Ukrainian companies in Lithuania, and share technologies," Ukraine’s defense minister noted.

Shmyhal added that the sides also focused on attracting additional financing for arms procurement and the development of Ukraine’s defense industry.
