AFU made gains in parts of North-Slobozhanskyi direction – General Staff
Since the beginning of the day, as of 16:00, 63 combat engagements have taken place along the front.

Hostilities in the North
Border settlements came under fire from Russian territory, including Khrinivka in Chernihiv region; Stara Huta, Starykove, Shalyhyne, Malushyne, Buniakyne, and Zarichne in Sumy region. The enemy also carried out an airstrike in the area of Khliborob.
In the North-Slobozhanskyi and Kursk directions, Ukrainian defenders repelled seven Russian attacks, while another engagement was still ongoing at the time of reporting. Since the start of the day, the enemy has launched two airstrikes, dropped four guided aerial bombs in total, and conducted 94 artillery attacks, including two with multiple launch rocket systems. At the same time, Ukrainian units carried out active operations and achieved success in certain areas.
Hostilities in the Kharkiv region
Today, Ukrainian forces stopped three enemy attacks near the settlements of Hlyboke and Vovchansk in the South-Slobozhanskyi direction.
In the Kupiansk direction, the aggressor launched six assaults near the settlements of Kupiansk, Petropavlivka, and Stepova Novoselivka. One engagement was still ongoing.
Hostilities in Donbas region
In the Lyman direction, Russian forces attacked eight times near the settlements of Karpivka, Shandryholove, Yampil, Dronivka, and Serebrianka. Three clashes were continuing.
In the Siversk direction, Ukraine’s Defense Forces repelled two attacks, with two more battles still underway. Enemy units tried to advance near Hryhorivka and toward Serebrianka.
In the Kramatorsk direction, the occupiers made three unsuccessful attempts to break through Ukrainian defenses near Mykolaivka and Stupochky.
In the Toretsk direction, Ukrainian troops stopped three enemy offensive actions near Shcherbynivka, Pleshchiivka, and Rusyn Yar.
In the Pokrovsk direction, since the beginning of the day, the occupiers have made 25 attempts to push Ukrainian defenders from their positions near the settlements of Zapovidne, Novoekonomichne, Myroliubivka, Zvirove, Udachne, and Dachne, toward the settlements of Promin, Myrnohrad, Rodynske, and Pokrovsk. The Defense Forces are holding back the pressure and have already stopped 22 attacks.
In the Novopavlivka direction, the enemy carried out seven attacks near the settlements of Zelenyi Hai, Piddubne, Shevchenko, and toward the settlements of Filiia and Komyshuvakha. One combat engagement was still ongoing.
Hostilities in the south
In the Huliaipole direction, the enemy did not conduct offensive actions but carried out an airstrike near the settlement of Bilohiria.
In the Orikhiv direction, the occupiers made an unsuccessful attempt to advance toward the settlement of Plavni.
The aggressor also attacked three times without success in the Prydniprovske direction.
In other directions of the front, the situation remained largely unchanged.
