According to the study, the number of citizens who consider Ukraine to be hopelessly corrupt has decreased to 40%. This indicates an improvement in the perception of anti-corruption efforts compared to 2024, when the figure was 47%.
KIIS Executive Director Anton Hrushetskyi noted that perceptions of corruption directly affect national security. According to him, the spread of the narrative of "total corruption" in Ukraine plays into the hands of the enemy, as it undermines trust in the state and reduces support among partners.
