Sybiha on massive shelling of Ukraine: Russia’s brutal terror demonstrates that any "peace plan" must begin with pressure

Following another massive attack by Russia on the night of November 19, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andri Sybiha stated that any realistic peace plan must begin with pressure on Moscow.
He wrote about this in X, reports Censor.NET.
According to Sibiga, the strike was aimed at critical infrastructure, but residential buildings also suffered significant damage. The confirmed death toll in Ternopil has risen to 10, with 12 children among the dozens of wounded.
"The brutal and constant terror of the Russian Federation demonstrates that any realistic peace plan must begin with pressure on Moscow to force it to engage in real diplomatic work and end the war. This is a war that Russia should never have started, a war it cannot win and refuses to end. Sanctions, isolation, and accountability can force Moscow to finally do so," the minister stressed.
