Russians launched air strikes on Zaporizhzhia region: one woman killed, two others wounded. PHOTOS
Today, 28 February, Russian troops carried out air strikes on the Zaporizhzhia district of Zaporizhzhia region, resulting in deaths and injuries.
This was reported by the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, according to Censor.NET.
Victims of the attack
"An 86-year-old woman was killed, and two other residents of the Zaporizhzhia district were injured as a result of the daytime air strikes," the report said.
As noted, rescuers recovered the body of the deceased from the rubble of a destroyed building.
Damage
Another private home was damaged without further burning. Emergency services also extinguished a fire at a local enterprise's warehouse.
The State Emergency Service reported that emergency rescue operations have now been completed.
