Ukraine's Higher Administrative Court invalidates decision of Ukrainian Parliament on stripping MP Mosiichuk of immunity and his arrest

The relevant decision was announced by the judge during the hearing, Censor.NET reports citing 112 Ukraine TV channel.

"The court rules to comply with the action of Ihor Mosiichuk against the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the action of third party Oleh Liashko against the Prosecutor General of Ukraine on the recognition of his actions as unlawful, recognition of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decision as illegitimate and its cancellation."
