According to him, Ukraine’s strikes against Russia do not affect "the dynamics that everyone is observing on the front lines."

"As for the strikes, they once again underscore the true nature of the Kyiv regime. And here, of course, it is essential to recall the president’s words: you yourselves opened Pandora’s box; now receive the response. Those in Kyiv are feeling the response every day, every night, and will continue to feel it in the future," Peskov said.
