Zelenskyy sums up Coalition of the Willing summit: air defence, military and energy packages, funding for drones

Following the Coalition of the Willing summit held in Kyiv on August 24, Ukraine will receive new military and energy packages, air defence systems and funding for drone production.
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced this during a press conference, Censor.NET reports, citing Ukrinform.
Air defence, drones and the "mathematics of war"
"Ukraine received support today in the form of military and energy packages. Thank you, Alex (President of Finland Alexander Stubb – ed.), for the air defence systems, and all our friends for funding certain things. Thank you for the additional funding for drones," the head of state said.
Zelenskyy assured that Ukraine’s partners would continue their support and that air defence would remain a priority.
"We are moving in two directions: seeking and purchasing PAC-3 missiles through PURL and other formats, while also working together to accelerate the Freya project," the President said.
According to Zelenskyy, Prime Minister Serhii Koretskyi, who attended the summit, explained the "mathematics of war" to its participants.
Zelenskyy also said that President Emmanuel Macron had proposed intensifying efforts against Russia’s shadow fleet and that "a separate meeting was proposed."
"I think we will all prepare, and appropriate decisions will be made there," the head of state said.
Need for further meetings
Zelenskyy also called for Coalition of the Willing summits to be held "without pauses."
"At such a time, a time of challenges, there should be no long pauses between Coalition of the Willing meetings, and we strongly requested that another meeting be held in September," the President added.
