Tomorrow, 23 September 2026, has been declared a day of mourning in Dnipro for those killed in Russian attacks.
This was announced by Mayor Borys Filatov, Censor.NET reports.
"You have all seen the tragic reports of those killed following the massive overnight Russian attack. Since the beginning of autumn alone, in less than a month, Russia has killed 14 residents of Dnipro: security guards and drivers, employees of entirely civilian enterprises and ordinary people on the streets. Therefore, tomorrow has been declared a day of mourning in the city," he said.
Background
- It was previously reported that Russia had attacked industrial enterprises in three cities in the Dnipropetrovsk region, resulting in fatalities.
