Russian losses in Lyman sector stand at ratio of 1:30, and in some places 1:40 – Third Army Corps
In the Lyman sector, the Russians are being forced to shorten the training period for their personnel and deploy them ‘straight from the training ground’.
This was stated in a comment to Censor.NET by Rollo, deputy commander of the Third Army Corps.

"The enemy will definitely be forced to find solutions and call in reserves. But their command is in a difficult situation, because it has already used up its available resources and concentration of forces," he noted.
Responding to a question about how significantly Operation ‘Vivaldi’ has changed the situation in the Lyman sector, Rollo remarked:
"The operation is still ongoing. We can only assess the interim effects. The enemy is partially disorganised and is trying to hold on to key defensive areas. The 3rd Army Corps has dictated the pace to them. The initiative is in our hands. We are dictating the rules on the battlefield. More to follow."
In turn, commenting on reports that a group of newly elected members of the Russian State Duma are allegedly preparing a private appeal to Defence Minister Andrey Belousov calling for the withdrawal of troops from troubled areas in the Lyman sector, the spokesperson for the 3rd Army Corps, Oleksandr Borodin, emphasised:
"We understand the sentiments of the Russian deputies. The enemy’s casualty ratio stands at 1:30, and in some cases 1:40. You will find out more in due course – Operation ‘Vivaldi’ is ongoing!"
