Russian troops struck Kramatorsk in Donetsk Oblast with an Uragan multiple launch rocket system on the afternoon of September 23.
The Donetsk Oblast police reported the attack, Censor.NET writes.
Nine people wounded in Kramatorsk
The attack took place at around 11:45 a.m. According to preliminary information, Russian troops used an Uragan multiple launch rocket system.
The wounded include four women and five men aged 46 to 74. One of the women is in serious condition; her identity is still being established.
The wounded sustained blast injuries, shrapnel wounds, and fractures.
The strike damaged private homes
According to police, eight private homes were damaged in the Russian strike.
The previous day, September 22, Kramatorsk also came under Russian attack. The Church of St. John the Baptist sustained extensive damage. A 58-year-old man was killed in the attacks, and two other people were wounded.
The church’s walls, roof, and dome were damaged. The National Police reported that Russian troops attacked Kramatorsk with four FAB-250 aerial bombs fitted with UMPK guidance modules on the morning of September 22. Strikes were recorded in the old part of the city.
