Facilities involved in missile launches and production of rocket fuel have been struck in Russia, – General Staff

On the night of 9 October, the Defence Forces attacked facilities involved in missile launches and the production of rocket fuel on Russian territory.
This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, according to Censor.NET.
What is known?
In the Nizhny Novgorod region of the Russian Federation (the settlement of Dalne Konstantinovo-5), a facility belonging to a branch of JSC ‘Centre for the Operation of Ground-Based Space Infrastructure Facilities’ (CENKI) — the V. P. Barmin Research Institute of Launch Complexes — was attacked.
The organisation is involved in the development, maintenance and operation of launch complexes, refuelling equipment and missile control systems.
Tver Region
Near the village of Redkino in the Tver Region, the Redkino Research Plant has been struck.
"The plant is involved in the production chains of the enemy’s military-industrial complex. It manufactures components of the ‘Decilin-M’ fuel for the Kh-55 and Kh-101 cruise missiles, as well as additives for diesel fuel and aviation kerosene. It is subject to international sanctions," the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine stated.
The Defence Forces also struck the Centre for the Disposal of Intercontinental Ballistic Missiles (near the village of Surovatikha in the Nizhny Novgorod Region of the Russian Federation).
The strike was carried out with the aim of weakening the enemy’s military-industrial complex’s capabilities to produce explosives and rocket fuel.
