Three people were killed, and four were injured in a strike on Cherkaske in the Donetsk region. A 13-year-old girl was among those killed.
Donetsk Regional Military Administration head Vadym Filashkin reported this on his Telegram channel, according to Censor.NET.
Where did the enemy strike?
According to the regional military administration, Russian forces shelled the settlement this morning using Smerch multiple launch rocket systems with cluster warheads. A rocket hit a private house.
A single strike destroyed the lives of an entire family.
"The Russians know perfectly well where they are striking and what weapons they are using. Using cluster munitions against residential areas is a deliberate attempt to inflict as many civilian casualties as possible. And once again, I appeal to parents: do not risk your children’s lives. Do not wait for the next attack or hope that the enemy will spare your particular home. Evacuate in time! Adults are responsible for children’s safety. Evacuating today is a decision that could save their lives," the regional head stressed.
