In total, over the past 24 hours, on 13 October 2026, 229 combat engagements were recorded on the front line.
This was reported by Censor.NET, citing the General Staff’s press centre.
Shelling
Yesterday, the enemy carried out one missile strike and 87 air strikes, including the dropping of 283 guided aerial bombs. In addition, the invaders deployed 9,393 kamikaze drones and carried out 2,780 shelling attacks on populated areas and the positions of our troops.
In the Sumy region, the settlements of Ulanove, Pysarivka, Korenok, Fotovizh, Khotin, Sadky, Mala Korchakivka, Ivolzhanske, Yunakivka, Khrapivshchyna and Mogrytsia came under enemy artillery fire. The Vasylivka area was hit by an air strike.
Strikes against the enemy
Over the past 24 hours, the Defence Forces’ air force, missile forces and artillery struck two enemy artillery systems and two drone control centres.
The General Staff notes that the total losses of the Russian invaders over the past day amounted to 1,650 personnel. Two tanks, one armoured fighting vehicle, 54 artillery systems, one multiple launch rocket system, nine ground-based robotic systems, 1,827 unmanned aerial vehicles, 371 enemy vehicles and five units of specialist equipment were also destroyed.
Situation in the North
As reported, in the Northern Slobozhanshchyna sector, the invaders launched six attacks in the areas of Sukhodol, Tovstodubove, Mala Slobidka, Ryzhivka, Mala Korchakivka and Volfyne.
Situation in the Kharkiv region
In the Southern Slobozhanskyi sector, Ukrainian units repelled 16 enemy attacks. The occupiers attempted to advance in the areas of Izbytske, Vovchanski Khutory, Volokhivka, Vilkhuvatka and Rybalchyne.
In the Lyman sector, our defenders repelled seven attacks in the areas of Dibrova, Lyman and Zarichne.
Situation in the East
According to the General Staff, in the Sloviansk sector, the invaders carried out eight attacks in the areas of Kryva Luka, Yampil and Mykolaivka.
In the Kramatorsk sector, the enemy did not carry out any assault operations over the past 24 hours.
Twelve attacks were recorded in the Kostiantynivka sector. The occupiers carried out assault operations in the areas of Kostiantynivka, Rozkishne, Novoselivka, Osykove, Illinivka, Mykolaipillia and Dovha Balka.
"The highest number of offensive operations was recorded in the Pokrovsk sector, where our defenders repelled 39 attacks. The enemy attacked in the areas of Serhiivka and Molodetskyi, as well as towards Vilne, Kucherove Yar, Sofiivka, Petrivka, Zolotyi Kolodiaz, Dobropillia, Novyi Donbas, Chernihivka, Rodynske, Novooleksandrivka, Myrne, Udachne and Muravka," the statement reads.
Situation in the South
According to the General Staff, ten attacks by the invaders were repelled in the Huliaipole sector in the areas of Dolynka, Rizdvyanka and Hirkyi.
In the Kupiansk, Oleksandrivsk, Orikhiv and Prydniprovsk sectors, the occupiers did not carry out any active offensive operations over the past 24 hours.
In the Volyn and Polissia sectors, the situation remains largely unchanged. No signs of the enemy forming offensive groups have been detected.
