Air defences shoot down and suppress 125 of 138 Russian UAVs launched at Ukraine during day

Russia attacked Ukraine with 138 strike drones during the day on October 15, including 90 jet-powered drones. According to preliminary data, air defences shot down or suppressed 125 UAVs, including 79 jet-powered drones.

What did the enemy use in the attack?

During the day on October 15 (from 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.), the enemy attacked Ukraine with 138 strike UAVs (90 of them jet-powered), Gerbera drones, and drones of other types.

According to preliminary data, air defences shot down or suppressed 125 UAVs during this period (including 79 jet-powered drones).

"As of 6 p.m., up to four strike drones remain in the airspace. Do not ignore the air raid alert!" the Air Force stressed.
