191 combat engagements recorded on front: enemy most active in Kostiantynivka sector – General Staff
A total of 191 combat engagements have taken place since the start of the day.
This is stated in the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine’s report as of 10:00 p.m., Censor.NET reports.
Enemy attacks
The enemy carried out 51 airstrikes and dropped 170 guided aerial bombs. It also used 6,174 kamikaze drones for strikes and carried out 1,768 shelling attacks on settlements and our troops’ positions.
In the Northern Slobozhanskyi and Kursk sectors, the occupiers have carried out two airstrikes, used four guided aerial bombs and shelled our troops’ positions and settlements 34 times since the start of the day.
Situation in the Kharkiv region
- In the Southern Slobozhanskyi sector, the enemy attacked our units’ positions six times towards Starytsia, Chaikivka, Okhrimivka, Mala Vovcha and Sheviakivka. Two of these attacks are still ongoing.
- In the Kupiansk sector, the enemy conducted no assaults.
Fighting in the east
In the Lyman sector, Ukrainian forces countered eight attempts by the invaders to advance towards Stepove, Kolodiazi, Lyman, Zarichne, Donetske and Dibrova. One attack is ongoing.
In the Sloviansk sector, the Defence Forces countered four attempts by the invaders to advance near Orikhuvatka, Yampil, Kryva Luka and Mykolaivka. Two enemy assaults are ongoing.
In the Kramatorsk sector, the enemy conducted no assaults.
In the Kostiantynivka sector, the Defence Forces countered 23 enemy assaults near Kostiantynivka and towards Oleksiievo-Druzhkivka, Novoselivka, Dovha Balka, Druzhkivka, Rusyn Yar, Petrivka, Toretske, Pryiut, Vilne and Kolodiazi.
The enemy carried out 18 attacks in the Pokrovsk sector. The occupiers attempted to advance near Dobropillia, Novyi Donbas, Hannivka, Rodynske, Svitle, Novohryshyne, Myrne, Serhiivka, Kotlyne, Molodetske, Novopidhorodnie and Novopavlivka. A battle is ongoing.
According to preliminary estimates, 40 occupiers were killed and 10 wounded in this sector today. Nine motor vehicles, an ammunition depot and 23 shelters were destroyed. Three motor vehicles, an artillery gun and 120 enemy shelters were damaged. A total of 231 UAVs of various types were destroyed or suppressed.
In the Oleksandrivka sector, the enemy conducted no assaults.
Situation in the south
- In the Huliaipole sector, the Defence Forces countered 16 enemy attacks towards Uspishne, Ternuvate, Hirke and Charivne. Three enemy attempts to improve their positions are still ongoing.
- In the Orikhiv sector, the occupiers conducted two assaults towards Yehorivka. A battle is ongoing.
In the Prydniprovskyi sector, the occupiers conducted no assaults.
There were no significant changes in the situation in other sectors.
