On November 4, Russian occupiers attacked a vehicle belonging to volunteers evacuating civilians in Kramatorsk, Donetsk region, using a fibre-optic drone. The crew was responding to another call in the city when the strike occurred.
Volunteer Vahe Mamikonian reported this on Facebook, Censor.NET reports.
According to him, the strike targeted the "Road of Life" crew from the NGO "Hromady Staroho Mista", which operates as part of a STEEL consortium project.
The Russian drone operator attacked the vehicle as the volunteers were on their way to fulfil another evacuation request.
"Evacuations are becoming increasingly difficult. The enemy deliberately attacks evacuation vehicles bearing the appropriate markings," Mamikonian stressed.
