Zelenskyy arrives in Spain and announces important meetings. VIDEO
On Wednesday, November 4, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy arrived in Madrid on a working visit.
He announced this on social media, Censor.NET reports.
Main priority of the visit
"Important meetings and talks lie ahead in Madrid. The first priority is strengthening Ukraine’s air defences, protecting our people, developing defence cooperation and production. We are grateful to Spain for the assistance it has provided. We are preparing new steps to support Ukraine," the head of state said.
Talks with the US
The president also said that contacts with the US side were planned in the coming days.
"We are coordinating with our partners to achieve concrete results on security and further steps towards peace. Protection against Russian strikes and the restoration of peace are needed. Thank you to everyone helping Ukraine," Zelenskyy added.
