The meeting was moved to another room without notifying the media representatives.

The defense is requesting that the prosecutor be recused. The investigating judge retired to the deliberation room to consider the matter.

"The issue of holding the court hearing in closed session was not addressed. No grounds were stated," said Prosecutor Karas.

The prosecutor also stated that he sees no obstacles to holding an open hearing.

Court officials stated that journalists were not admitted because there was not enough space in the courtroom.

Duka’s defense team is requesting a closed hearing, citing a letter from the SSU.

The court has already rejected the motion to recuse the prosecutor.

Instead, one of the journalists called the police and is filing a report.
