No Ukrainian saboteurs sent to Crimea, FSB invents another fake, - MoD
The Ukrainian Defense Ministry has refuted the Russian Federal Security Service's (FSB) report about the detention of members of a subversive terrorist group of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ukrainian Defense Ministry.
Censor.NET reports citing Interfax-Ukraine.
"In reality, the FSB did not capture any saboteurs because there are no saboteurs in Crimea and Sevastopol. Russia's security services are trying to show their efficiency this way, once again misleading the Russian leadership, people and international community," Ukrainian Defense Ministry spokesman Andrii Lysenko told the news agency on Thursday.
"Given all the recent statements by the Russian FSB, we can deduce that it has turned into a factory of lies," he added.
Earlier, the FSB declared that members of a subversive terrorist group of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ukrainian Defense Ministry, allegedly planning to commit acts of sabotage at Crimea's military and life supporting facilities, had been detained in Sevastopol on Nov. 9.
