On evening of 23 June, armoured vehicles were took to streets of Russian city of Rostov. Media reported introduction of ’Fortress’ plan in case of active actions by rebel PMC ’Wagner’.
According to Censor.NET, local media reported this.
It is noted that the local publication was informed that the Rostov police had announced the Fortress plan, and the personnel were informed of the need to be on full alert, according to interlocutors in law enforcement agencies.
"There is an order to put the entire staff of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Russian Guard on alert and to strengthen posts on the border with the LPR and DPR. But there is no rush. The staff is just called up and called in," said one of the interlocutors.
The Rostov Regional Police Department has not yet commented on this information, promising to respond later.

As Censor.NET reported, on the evening of 23 June, the Russian army fired a missile at the Wagner PMC camp. In response, the PMC leader announced a march on Moscow. Instead, the FSB accused him of armed rebellion and opened a criminal case.
