In Donetsk region, a man threw a grenade in the street, killing one person and injuring four others.
It was reported at the Donetsk Regional Prosecutor's Office, informs Censor.NЕТ.
The pre-trial investigation established that on February 6, at about 10:30 a.m., a conflict between a street vendor of dairy products and a local resident occurred near a store in Krasnohorivka. The man accused the victim of selling low-quality goods and, not satisfied with verbal abuse, threw a combat grenade in his direction.
The explosion killed a bystander. The seller and four other people - one woman and three men - who were nearby sustained injuries of varying severity.
The perpetrator of the tragedy was detained in accordance with Article 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine. The issue of serving him a notice of suspicion and choosing a measure of restraint is being decided.
