Ratel S, a ground-based kamikaze robot created by Ukrainian developers Brave1, has successfully passed field tests and been put into mass production.
This was announced by the Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov, Censor.NET reports.
It is noted that Ratel S is a ground robot from Ukrainian developers. The Ukrainian Defence Forces will use it as a mobile warhead carrying anti-tank mines or a combat module.
"Thanks to the new technology, an operator can blow up an enemy tank or dugout from a safe location. The maximum speed of the 'machine' is 24 kilometers and the range is 6 kilometers. The technology can operate for up to 2 hours without recharging," the minister explained.
