The Security Service of Ukraine and the State Bureau of Investigation have collected evidence against the current People’s Deputy, who is suspected of organizing a scheme for the illegal departure of men abroad. Today, he was notified of the suspicion under Art. 332 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (illegal transportation of persons across the state border).
This was reported by Censor.NET with reference to the SSU (Security Service of Ukraine) press service.
According to the investigation, the deputy managed to depart the brother of his common-law wife to a neighboring European country. To implement the deal, the parliamentarian used a controlled public organization to enter the "proper people" into the Shliakh system through it, allegedly as volunteers.
It was established that the People's Deputy kept part of the documents necessary for the escape of the "client" outside of Ukraine with his ex-assistant - a deputy of the Kyiv Regional Council of the 8th convocation, as well as with the director of a controlled public organization.
During searches, law enforcement officers seized flash drives and mobile phones with evidence of illegal activity, seals, letters, contracts and other documents used to enter unreliable information into the Shliah system from the persons involved in the case.
Currently, the director of the involved public organization has also been served a notice of suspicion under Art. 332 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (illegal transportation of persons across the state border).
The issue of selecting a preventive measure for the accused is being resolved.
The name of the people's deputy in the SSU was reported, according to the media, it is Oleksandr Dubinskyi.
