On the morning of 27 January, Russian troops struck Sloviansk, Donetsk region, with an Iskander missile. Civilian infrastructure was damaged.
This was reported on Facebook by the city's mayor Vadym Liakh, Censor.NET reports.
"In the morning of 27 January, the Russian army struck the civilian infrastructure of Sloviansk with an Iskander missile - the missile hit a ceramic workshop, which was almost completely destroyed," he said.
According to Liakh, nearby high-rise buildings and a kindergarten were damaged, but no one was killed or injured.
"The adjacent high-rise buildings on Darvin Street and the kindergarten where the social canteen is located were damaged. Windows were smashed there," the city council said.
