On 19 October 2024, Heorhii Rudakov (Printer), a fighter of the "Dniprovski Sturmgevery" special forces unit of the UVA, died.

What is known about the fallen Hero?

"A worthy warrior, a loyal comrade-in-arms, Heorhii will always remain in our hearts. His life was cut short at 22, too soon, because of this war that takes the best among us. The printer fought for Ukraine in the hottest spots: in the Zaporizhzhia sector, on the Kinburn Spit and in Vovchansk. He was distinguished by his strength of spirit, unwavering loyalty to his comrades and impeccable courage," the statement said.

It is also noted that the funeral of Heorhii Rudakov will take place on 23 October in Mykolaiv. The hero will be buried at Novomatviivske cemetery.
