In Kharkiv, rescue operations are underway at the site of a Russian GAB strike on an apartment building.
This was reported by the head of the Kharkiv RMA, Oleh Syniehubov, Censor.NET reports.
"Rescue operations are ongoing. There may be at least two people under the rubble, including a child," Syniegubov said.
As a reminder, late on Wednesday evening, 30 October, explosions were heard in Kharkiv. Preliminarily, the Russian invaders hit a high-rise building with a GAB.
