Strike on Kharkiv with S-400 SAMS: number of casualties rises to 23. PHOTOS
The number of people injured in Kharkiv has risen to 23 after a morning missile attack.
This was reported by Censor.NET with reference to the telegram channel of the Prosecutor General's Office.
On 25 November, the Russian army launched a missile attack on the Kyivskyi district of Kharkiv. According to preliminary investigations, the S-400 missile hit the ground in a densely populated residential area.
"The explosion also damaged residential buildings, offices and cars. This was reported by the Kyiv District Prosecutor's Office, which launched a pre-trial investigation into the violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine)," the statement said.
