A 42-year-old journalist from Luhansk, Andrii Buchak, who had been serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine since 2014, was killed at the front.

According to Censor.NET, this was reported by his wife Olena.

"Forever 42. You left so early. A beloved husband, a loyal friend always ready to help, cheerful, a bit of a romantic, dreaming, enjoying life, loving to travel. A true patriot, he loved Ukraine and fought for its freedom," she wrote.

According to the Luhansk-based "Realna Gazeta", in the 2000s, Andrii Buchak worked for the Luhansk-based advertising and information newspaper "Kurier".
