At night, on January 14, 2025, Russian troops shelled Nikopol district, Dnipropetrovsk region, with Grad MLRS and heavy artillery.
This was reported by the head of the Dnipropetrovsk RMA Serhii Lysak in his telegram channel, Censor.NET reports.
According to him, the enemy also launched a kamikaze drone against the area. It hit Nikopol and the Marhanets community.
Consequences of enemy attacks
Three people were injured. One of them is a 14-year-old girl who will recover at home. A 61-year-old man and an 87-year-old woman were hospitalised. Their condition is moderate.
According to the RMA, 4 private houses, 2 outbuildings, and power lines were damaged. An industrial enterprise was damaged. A fire broke out there and was extinguished by rescuers. Infrastructure was affected.
It is also noted that the defenders of the sky shot down an enemy UAV in the region. It was a unit of the Air Command East.
