Drones attacked Rosneft's oil depot in the town of Liski, Voronezh region, for the second time. Local residents report a "repeated fire". The last time the refinery was attacked was on the night of January 15-16.

Local channels report that the UAV hit caused a new fire on the territory of the oil depot.
The strike on the oil depot was confirmed by the governor of the Voronezh region, Alexander Gusev.
According to him, several UAVs were "detected, destroyed and suppressed" in the Liski district.
One of the drones crashed into the territory of the oil depot, causing a new fire, he said, adding that there was no threat to the population.
As a reminder, on the night of January 16, 2025, a fire was reported in the Voronezh region at an oil depot, which allegedly occurred after a drone attack.
In the Liski district of the Voronezh region of the Russian Federation, more than 10 vehicles and 2 fire trains were extinguishing the fire at the oil depot.
