Strikes on the territory of Ukraine
According to updated information, yesterday the enemy launched 65 air strikes on the positions of Ukrainian units and populated areas, dropped 81 UAVs, and used almost 2,200 kamikaze drones to attack. The enemy also carried out 5,300 artillery attacks, including 88 from multiple launch rocket systems.
The enemy carried out air strikes, in particular in the areas of Medvedivka and Semenivka in the Chernihiv region; Miropilske, Petrushivka, Turya, Uhroids, Mykhailivske in Sumy region; Kozacha Lopan in Kharkiv region; Novodarivka, Huliaipole, Zaliznychne, Yegorivka in Zaporizhzhia region.
Strikes against the enemy
Over the past 24 hours, aviation, missile troops, and artillery of the Defence Forces hit 16 areas of concentration of personnel, two cannons, and a warehouse of weapons and military equipment of the invaders.
In total, the losses of the Russian invaders over the past day amounted to 1,060 people. Ukrainian servicemen also neutralized 12 tanks, 14 armored combat vehicles, 64 artillery systems, one MLRS, 100 operational and tactical UAVs, and 111 units of occupants' vehicles.
Situation in the Kharkiv region
In the Kharkiv sector, the enemy tried to advance 10 times in the area of Vovchansk and towards Mala Shapkivka in vain.
Five occupants' attacks took place in the Kupiansk sector yesterday. Ukrainian defense forces repelled the enemy's assault near Petropavlivka and Zahryzove.
The situation in the East
According to the General Staff, the enemy attacked in the Liman sector 12 times. He tried to advance near Yampolivka, Nadia, and in the direction of Zelena Dolyna and Novyi.
In the Siversk sector, our troops repelled two enemy attacks near Verkhnekamianske.
In the Kramatorsk sector, the enemy made six attacks on the positions of our troops in the areas of Chasiv Yar, Kurdiumivka, Orikhovo-Vasylivka, and in the direction of Markove and Predtechine.
In the Toretsk sector, the enemy attacked Ukrainian troops 21 times in the areas of Ozarianivka, Druzhba, and Toretsk yesterday.
"In the Pokrovsk sector, our defenders stopped 39 aggressor assaults in the areas of Oleksandropil, Zelene Pole, Yelyzavetivka, Promin, Kotlyne, Preobrazhenka, Kotliarivka, Zvirove, Udachne, Andriivka and towards Oleksiivka over the past day," the statement said.
The situation in the South
In the Novopavlivka sector, Ukrainian defenders repelled nine militants' attacks in the vicinity of Kostiantynivske.
It is also noted that in the Huliaypillia sector, the Defence Forces successfully repelled two enemy attacks in the direction of Pryvilne and Vile Pole.
In the Orikhiv sector, Ukrainian defenders repelled three attacks near Shcherbaky and Stepove.
In the Dnipro sector, our defenders successfully repelled three enemy attacks.
Situation in the North
In the Kursk region, Ukrainian troops repelled 21 militants' attacks over the last day, and the enemy launched 27 air strikes, using 33 anti-aircraft gunships, and fired 209 times, three of which were from multiple rocket launchers.
No signs of enemy offensive groups were observed in the Volyn and Polisia sectors.
Our soldiers inflict significant losses in manpower and equipment on the occupation forces and actively undermine the enemy's offensive potential in the rear.
